인도네시아를 기반으로 활동하는 작가 및 큐레이터 게시야다 시레가르, 아니타 보닛, 엠지 프링고토노, 제이제이 아디브라타, 밥 에드리안, 제피 만자니를 초대하여 대화를 나눕니다. 옐로우 펜 클럽과 관객 여러분과 서로 다른 토양에서 길어올린 경험을 나누며, 콜렉티브 작업과 개인 작업이 겹치고 갈라지는 지점, 여러 세대를 거친 인도네시아 동시대 미술 현장의 작동 방식, “공동의 배움”, 실천의 사적 영역과 공적 영역의 균형 등을 다룹니다.

We are inviting Indonesian artists and curators Gesyada Siregar, Anita Bonit, MG Pringgotono, JJ Adibrata, Bob Edrian, and Jeffi Manzani for conversations about how collective and individual works overlap and diverge, various strategies in navigating the Indonesia contemporary art scene through multiple generations of art practitioners, how “collective learning” takes place, and balancing the informal and formal social interactions of our practices. This occasion brings together these Indonesian cultural workers, the Yellow Pen Club, and the audience to share one another’s situated knowledge from different backgrounds.
